Returns may be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. Products that have been opened, installed, used, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging or components are not eligible for return.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with sending the item back to AirGrean HVAC Supply.

Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible for return. Special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned. Before returning any merchandise, please contact AirGrean HVAC Supply for return authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

AirGrean HVAC Supply reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and determine eligibility for return or refund based on the condition of the product and compliance with this Return Policy. AirGrean HVAC Supply reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements outlined above.
